Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Meizhi account and associated app data. Subscription cancellation is separate and must be handled through Apple or Google.

How to Request Deletion

1. Open Meizhi and go to your account or profile area if available.
2. Use the delete account option and follow the prompts.
3. If you cannot access the app, email support@meizhi.app from the email connected to your Meizhi account.

What Deletion Means

Account deletion may remove profile information, saved app preferences, generated plans, favorites, reminders, and other account-linked app data, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, support, or operational retention needs.

Subscriptions Must Be Cancelled Separately

Deleting your Meizhi account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription or free trial. To avoid future billing, cancel Meizhi in your Apple or Google account settings before the renewal date.

Recipe Safety

If you saved or exported any AI-generated recipes, review them for allergies, diet fit, ingredient safety, and cooking safety before use.
