By downloading, installing, or using Meizhi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. Your continued use of Meizhi after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Meizhi is an AI-powered meal planning app that generates personalized daily meal plans tailored to your dietary preferences, sends meal reminder notifications, tracks your cooking history, and helps you discover new recipes. The service is powered by advanced AI models and updated regularly to improve your experience.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Meizhi.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Use Meizhi for personal, non-commercial meal planning purposes only.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the app or its AI-generated content.
Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service.
Do not share your account credentials with others.
Do not use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
Do not attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls.
AI-generated meal plans are provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed commercially.
You retain full rights to your personal data, preferences, and dietary information.
The Meizhi name, logo, and branding are protected intellectual property.
App code, design, and user interface elements are proprietary and protected.
Third-party content (images, nutrition data) is subject to their respective licenses.
Meizhi offers optional premium subscription plans with enhanced features.
Subscriptions are billed through your platform app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of your respective app store.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.
Meizhi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI-generated meal suggestions are not medical, clinical, or professional dietary advice.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or nutritional correctness of any meal data.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical or dietary guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meizhi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to health outcomes from following AI-generated meal suggestions, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of Meizhi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service. By using Meizhi, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data.
You may stop using Meizhi and delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification.
The updated terms will be effective upon posting to the app.
Continued use of Meizhi after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Meizhi shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
